I know if I could haven been up with the leaders, we could have passed them. But I couldn't catch back up to the lead guys.

I wanted to win so badly this weekend or Panther (Racing) and the guys at Chevrolet. I was able to lead some laps and it's always great to see that Pennzoil car out front, but winning is what's important.

The most competitive racing may have been between Tony and Dan. I'm amazed they speak to each other afterwards.

We've had a frustrating year and while the Pennzoil Panther Chevy has been quick and the whole team at Panther have done a great job with preparation, we've only managed to win one race (in Texas). It would be really great if I could pull off something special at The Glen,

We're not sure what happened. I had a decent first lap, but I think going into the second lap, we maybe ran out of fuel. We'll go back and have a look at the data. I'm sure it won't affect us too much for tomorrow in the race for sure. This is a good track, and the package we have in our Pennzoil Chevy should show well here, so we'll see.

I thought he must be conserving fuel (in the first segment) and then he pitted (only) one lap before me. I knew at that stage he was going to be pretty tough to beat.

Right turn equals happy. I think the diversity will help bring in new fans and other drivers and teams to the IRL. I grew up road racing all over the world and I am really looking forward to getting back to my roots.
